Mac 'n' Cheese
This is a special recipe that everyone in my family loves. We usually serve it along with ham and pineapple.
Steps
1. Heat butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Put water on to boil in a pot on the stove for the macaroni noodles. When the macaroni is done according to the package directions, drain the water and pour the macaroni into a casserole dish.
3. Dice onion, add to pan when it is warm and the butter has melted.
4. Saute onions, add dash of cayenne pepper.
5. Add flour to pan, add milk slowly, while stirring continuously.
6. Add all of the cheese, let it melt.
7. When the cheese melts, pour it into the casserole dish with the macaroni. Mix together.
9. Rip bread into tiny pieces, spread over the macaroni.
8. Place in a 350* F convection oven, bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool for a minute.
